9-9:30am Introductions & Warm up
9:30-10:30 - Technical Skills
10:30 - Snack Break
10:40- 11:45 - Small sided drills, 1v1s
11:45 - 12:30 - Lunch Break
12:30- 2pm - Small Sided Game / NLS Cup Matches
2-2:30pm - Cool Down
